Christian is a non-farkiner but he wants comments on his bike. He thinks it's the ants pants with his new "hot shot" forks, but people said that the DNM upside downs are piss weak. Give your honest opinion on the frame, forks etc even if you think it's crud. Oh, and the rims are "Velocity" rims, not Dee Max.

Depends.. If hes doing dh on it and cant aford a decent dh frame than I guess this does about the best job it could for the money. If your riding street they are just going to piss you off and get in the way.

Those forks were selling for $349 at bikepro at the start of the year. The single crown version was $199. I know TWO people that have snapped that fork three quarters of the way around the casting of the fork. Cant be a good sign, so i wouldnt say AT ALL that those forks are the "bees knees".

Frame is wicked, with a nice paint job. Pitty you have such high forks on it voiding warrenty and making it look ugly. Parts spec is OK.

All in all, change the forks and you have something reasonable to ride.

I rode a set of those forks a while ago, and I was quite surprised by how smooth they were. Not *the* best thing out there, but vastly underrated IMO.

1. Ditch the red cranks first. Get them painted black to match the black spots on the bike then re-install.
2. Them get some guards for the lowers of those USD forks. Give you that moto look.
3. Then ditch the red chainstay protector for a black one. Same reason as above.

Once the atx frame is gone, parallax's P3 chopper will be raring to go!! DC-HT PRIDE!!!
