has anyone been out to the you yangs track recently? i board and thinken about headen out there soon. does anyone know about any new stuff around geelong area, like jumps etc

I was at the you yangs last weekend.

All the wooden stuff is closed, like the sky bridge at the top, the creek and pallet drop at the bottom of the course and the bridge in the middle of the track.

There was an atlernative line setup for the bridge in the middle of the track, you veered off on the right of the track and it had a jump set up over the dry creek bed and then came back to the left over a fallen tree and back onto the original track.

With the other changes on the track you just use the b lines from the race track, and the bottom jump and hip arnt really worth doing because you dont get the speed from the drop before.

The track is still worth riding even with the closed sections.

Even some of the chicken lines are quite tricky in some spots. :lol:
