Well I decided against painting the guard, I really don't want to fark the material, so I went with the vinyl cut idea. Due to my severe lack of funds though, I did it myself, and it's well.....a little crooked....but that's what you get when all you've got is a breadboard and a craft knife. Anyway's here it is, hopefully I'll get a pic of it on the bike soon, whaddaya think?

Aw shucks  Seriously though, big thanks to Adam for making the guard for me, and to nhd, gutty, and everyone else who gave me advice about painting it.....speaking of advice.....It's safe to use a clear acrylic on the stuff isn't it?
