Southern 80 Boat Race

Just asking if anyone goes up to watch the boat race in febuary? I am skiing in the race for the first time next year behind a boat called Cinders, it is a 100mph boat, just asking if the race is tough (distance wise, 80km)
I am starting training around horse long weekend.

You say you are gay if you have a ski boat? I would pay to see you try to ski at 100MPH and yes this boat is wooden. I also know you are full of shit bout the 145mph because cinders is wooden and after it did 100mph all the bolts were bent when it came back. LIAR!!!! :evil:

ok firstly this boat took em 8 years to build 2ndly its worth just over $150,000 3rdly its not a racing boat 4thly its a wooden boat about 6-7meters and sits 4 people tightly.

i used to ski.........until my dad decided it'd be a good idea for me to try and ski through the waves on a sand bar at 80km/h, one snapped ski later he decided it wasn't sich a good idea.
