just incase some of u people like me can't install msn at work.

on the topic of msn messenger....is it just me, or does anybody get all these crappy popups from "messenger service"?
i'v tried antivirus+ spyware everything and it just wont f-off...
clues?

Go to your control panel>> administrative tools >> services
find the "messenger" service
and stop it
and change the start up type to manual or disabled

Yeah that was happening with dad's computer. I'll let him know how to stop it.

Yeah, as 'MSN Messenger' isnt 'Microsoft Messenger Service'. For fun at school kids, try start -> run -> 'net send <computername> boo!'

Basically, they have nfi what is going on. But i hope someone found it useful

my uni server still picks up it's an email/chat program and blocks connection dammit! :(

that e-messenger is pretty cool, i used to use it on my phone, when my WAP was free..they where the days
