Le Mans?

Hey guys has anyone heard about the 24 hour french car race? I have to do this project at school and can't find any decent info on it :( Ne help on this would be great.

its only one of the biggest annual motor racing events in the world

im search around on european motorsport sights
it depends what kind of info you want on it

you could also try some of the manufacturers sites, such as Audi, Porsche etc they should have some info, at least on the cars

There was also an awesome movie about the event (like a feature film, not a doco) made in the early 70's or late 60's by Steve McQueen, funnily enough named "Le Mans".... Cool film.

I have a dvd called In car 956. It shows a full lap onboard a porsche 956 from about 1983.

Its an awesome track.
