Just remember that Farkin is now a registered Trademark/Business operation ... any unauthorised production\selling of farkin merchandise ex "Stickers" is deemed illegal... we dont wana be pricks .. but thats how it works.

I dont mean to be rude either, but does it have to be like that? Seems like a website to serve the community changing into a website to make more money.

NB: Not critising you guys or anything, oyu do a great job and we are all very greatful for the service you provide. I have no idea about business law or anything. Just want to know the lowdown.

Websites take up space on servers, therefore people have to pay money to get their website hosted on a server - and furthermore, the amount of trafffic a website gets will also cost money. I don't know, but they have to pay for it somehow right?

Nothing in this world is free.

Yes, but why are we doing an illigal action by making our own stickers?

Adi

Oh, well if you make your own, I suppose you can use it howerver you like - as long as you do not sell it for a profit etc.

I think Dom meant that if you produce and then sell them without consent - that's illegal.

I don't see anything wrong in making your own for personal use.

I may be wrong.

You are allowed to make your own stickers, by all means go for it. The general gist is that we're going to be the main distributor of stickers (so there isn't a heap people cranking them out and distributing them without our knowledge). This is not a money making excercise. It's simply about covering costs. The stickers will be a very reasonable price (should be between $2 and $3 each depending on costs). As far as I'm concered the stickers are a promotional thing so the more we get out there the better. I hope this clears a few things up.

Hey Scott, I don't reckon I could fit into one of your "skinny-boy" shirts but I can see a spot for Farkin stickers on the mighty 1983 XR8 Toyota Grip Ute! Put me down for some.

Just to follow up on what Scott Said..

I never said no to making your own Farkin stickers ...

but I just didnt want Regan organising a bulk load .. and selling under his Parents Sign Writing company this can lead to legal problems on our behalf .. and also your parents.

By all means make your own farkin stickers for you and your mates .. thats cool .. I just was under the impression you were going to mass produce. It just puts too much burden on yourself and if people dont get their stickers or their money gets lost ... blah blah blah ... who is held responsible ??

Sorry for any confusion, I wouldn't organise the printing of any stickers without permission. 8)

Good lookin stickers them.
What would also be cool is if you can buy individual letters in the same font.
That way people could put their farkin sig on their bike too if they chose.
(Which would cost lotecsirrusconcept heaps but S. would be OK  )
