longer sigs

my sig, as can be seen below, uses up the entire quota of characters available in a signature. i know that preventing people cutting and pasting entire passages into their signatures is ideal, but considering increasing the number of characters in sigs would be appreciated.

I'm thinking it must be the URL's thats doing it?

Yeah because of all the html coding, that is taking up the majority of the characters.

URLs: exactly.
if i put one more link in, i use another 50+ characters, but only add about 5 letters to my display.

If your using HTML to create the links, change them to the BBCode and you'll save a few characters.
