STP sticky

Considering every newbie and his bike are posting threads about STPs can't we just have a sticky with all related crap on STPs and then just ban anyone who posts elsewhere (possibly the slightest chance of being too extreme...slightly)?

that could be either a good or a crap idea and1.. may be it would be good if we had an area where people could review bikes that they own, thus saving people always asking the same kind of questions?

(i am aware i have asked a few of these my self..llol)
