Hi, I am just wondering how much 8" adapters are. ( They are for the normal IS mount and for Tektro cable discs )

What Brake?

Also what fork?

Shimano IS 8" costs about $35

Hayes IS 8" cost about $40

I have a Hayes IS 8" for Marzocchi 20MM

*shudders at the thought of 8" rotors on a judy TT*.
It sounds like the 8" would be a bandaid solution for sub-par brakes; I'd b saving my money and getting an avid cable disc (I think I've seen some in the for sale forums).

NB: yes I am aware that better brakes will be just as bad for the fork as an 8" rotor, so no need to point it out (that means you Steve).
