First up; Sorry (MOD EDIT)- you've given me no reason not to post this:
2nd up; sorry to bring this to public light- but I feel I have exhusted all other revenues.

On the 27th of last month I paid spuddy $80 for an older pair of xc wheels. Wheels perfectly suited to an old cannondale I had been trying to sell.

Almost one month later I still have NO wheels and NO valid reason why. As such I have not been able to sell the old bike and purchase shinny new parts.

(MOD EDIT) his commication on the topic has been very poor- providing very little information whenever probed and failing to reply to pms from myself and Grip. Aussie post has been blamed on several occasions, (MOD EDIT) he says that the wheels have been returned to him twice. Both times on the account that my address doesn't exist. I get items sent to myself VERY often and the local post office knows myself on a first name basis, they would not send it back twice.

I would normally not get so pissed about these sorts of things, but I see (MOD EDIT) him posting in the for sale forum, enquiring about other items- that he intends to buy. Perhaps with some of my hard earned?! Not to mention in one PM, he asked if a certain seller was reputable as he felt he was getting ripped off. To turn around and do the same thing to another member is very un-farkin.

I have my most humble apoligies ready if it turns out to be an aussie post issue, but at this stage- I don't believe a word of it and I feel I will have to take things further.

As a character reference, i find it hard, nay, impossible to believe that (MOD EDIT)would intentionally rip you off.

I don't know the specificalities of this transation, but i assure you, with any honour that I can scrounge up for myself, that (MOD EDIT)has behaved in a honest manor.

I received a message from this SELLER (via another Farkin member) saying that he was away on holidays until this Monday (27th) and would contact me when he gets back.

I'm locking this thread until it's sorted.

ALL communication on this matter should be done via PMs until that time.
