The painting has relevance. You need money. Money can be used to bribe people to help you. How will you get the money out of the room. Is the painting straight? They key is not in the room.

tilt the paining right corner then left corner then press the bottom of the painting and it will fall off, money is there, put money in capsule send off get key. you need to ring the guy first.
