I made my own chainguide roller out of acetal on a lathe. Works perfect. Having said that its not on ma rig at the mo  .

Ive also made a bashguard, numerous spacers and a seatpost. Well, i used the head off an old seatpost and fitted it to new tube. I cut the old one too short.

Headset spacers , a bashring and backing plate , various spacers for disc mounts , shock bushes etc. and I converted my old xc bikes pivot point from bushes to bearings.
And a bike trailer , if that counts.

Pretty handy working in an engineering shop.

I made a 10mm/12mm thru axle so I can run a 12mm hub without modifying my dropouts

so did i, but mine didnt work, my hub is cracked in 2
but i had a 12mm axle and grinded down top and bottom so it slotted in 10mm horiz dropout. not smart
