hey all a couple of us are thinking of running a few down Freeman's track on Sunday anyone else heading up there? just curious. as for the track has it been a popular track since the race?? and when will it be used for race again??

is that the track they had state champs on? If so I was told they closed that track and that if riders where caught using it they would be fining someone (HMBA i think).

its not closed, u just can no longer race on it. well, what i was told.

Last I heard riders were being STRONGLY encouraged not to ride it due to the issues brought up in this thread (http://www.farkin.net/forums/viewtopic.php?t=21467).

been up there a few times since the champs, seen a fair few riders up there on the weekends

Please do us all a favor and stay off the track for the time being. We are trying to work some issues through with state forests at the moment.

The more people that ride it at the moment the less chance we have of keeping it open for the long term.

Like notb4dinner said, have a look at the other thread for more info. We will keep you informed as we progress as well.
