that would be sweet make shure the vidio camera is protected so it can take a beating
yea it would be professionally made..i think i might make the camera incorporated into the visor..and by the way its one of those little spy cams so they are tiny. so it will be awesome

oh lol nah i ment how much was it gonna cost ya to build it lol cause u sed ude get it proffetionaly made
thats all
i think its awsome idea
yeah man i think that that is a great idea.... i always wanna listen to music when I'm riding but its the whole part about the cords and shit so i normally just say stuff it!!!!! but with it inbuilt you would not need to worry about that
also would the mp3 player be like speakers in the side of the helmet(now that would be sick having a mini sub in the back of Ur helmet, it would feel like the music is inside of u! lol) or would it be like just normal headphones??
Oh yeah sweet idea

haha i was thinking of doing that for d&t aswell, just put headphones in and ypu can plug them in to a discman or mp3.
i am putting little speakers into the helmet...altogether it should cost me around 400-500 using my helmet

I dont understand why people do these things for their DT project. Im not critisizing you or anything but just bear with me.
Isnt the whole idea to design and innovate. I fail to see how making a mp3 player/helmet cam/helmet is doing that? Think of the practicality of the situation. People struggle to afford bike parts as it is. Now when you have a 500 mp3 + 500 camera + helmet = a part not many people can afford? Isnt the idea to try and solve a problem?

maybe the idea is to modify something that will fit onto a helmet (which everyone should already have) so an existing mp3 player can be plugged in...im sure people out there like naz would appreciate the idea ! if its just a mounting system..its not like people are gunna go out and buy a brand new mp3 player or video camera for just this reason.

True... I just thought of that after i posted.... My bad. So like headphone in the helmet with an audio input in the back somewhere, same with the camera. I get it now!

Im the US, Gyro helmets have one for skiing/boarding, full face with inbulit speakers in the earpads and a cord that runs down so u can plug into ur iPod/mp3....so theres not really any hope to patent the idea although i like the camera

have you seen Oakley's sunnies with built in headphones that flip up out of the way
no i havnt...sounds good though
music via headphones is ment to mess with your balance. I go for the bleeding ears db's on the way up in the ute and chain noise on the way back down. Thats just my choice thou.
