I'm using a CR8 for work at the moment and i love it.
it's a great frame, but if you plan on keeping the sticker kit, or want a good paint quality, buy something else.
anyway, are you planing on running single speed?
do you really need the BMX BB?
remember that most crank-sets automatically come in euro, and you need to specify BMX most of the time.
the BMX set up is fine as long you have a really good bolt up hub, and don't really plan on running disc rear because the mount is fixed (why the hell does ANY company offer adjustable rear stays and a fixed disc mount, completely defeats the purpose).
if you want to run disc, and QR, go for the vertical drop outs, and if you decide to run single speed, just get a singlator from somewhere.
in general, i would suggest the euro/vertical option, except that the CR8 comes with a pretty narrow BB anyway.
still, it's steel, so when you break it, just get it welded up again.

the cr8 is awsome, is not the easiest of tings to manual, but feels really good to jump, and it is $299 with a 'FSA the pig pro headset' so it is a fair decent deal, as lupine said the stickers/paint are pretty crappy but who cares?
so yes i would strongly suggest the cr8, best frame for your buck atm IMO!

be aware mate, that i dont think there are many if any cr8 bmx's left!! the few in the shops, like pushi, are the last to ever be produced. they have been changed a bit and rebadged the 'grenade', and, from memory, theres no bmx b\b option to them.
if you do find cr8 bmx, it would be a bit of a gem. but as lupine128 said, is there a real need for it? b\b these days are pretty good quality.
The CR8BMX also features the "so last season" geometry combination of a short top tube and long chain stays, which feels pretty damned borked to actually ride.
