North from lady Mac's Chair
It would be a bit wet wouldnt it :p
I'll be there this week, and I am always up for a trek.
Bondi would be cool and north is closer to home for me so that is cool too.
ive been to bondi at like 4pm it was packed. once again skate park etiquette.
carlin i meant north as in north shore. north of the harbour bridge.
whats with that vert X or somethin indoor park?
I will trek somewhere, how about Randwick, I heard it is heaps good ;)
North Sydney/Chatty/St Ives perhaps?
Nah, vert x is long gone naz. But maybe instead of city ride we could have session at dirtjumps somewhere- maybe redhill or grove? the CBD is gettin a bit boring now, so id be keen 2 head up north or even out 2 the burbs somewhere. Had a great time on wednesday, was so lucky i brought the bmx instead of hardtail (now sadly defunct). it made all the difference. and im still waiting for photos (esp. the one of my transfer at dulwhich) so if ne body has ne put them up

did someone say "trek"? as in "long ride, lots of pedalling, sore bum, feeling like you thought you knew Sydney only to discover the secret depths of her sprawling beauty or, failing that, like an idiot for riding 50km on bitumen on knobbies"?
RCOH: Yeah Randwick North Primary goes off, eh!

I read on the forums at www.skateboard.com.au that some 'No mountain bike' signs have been put up at bondi skatepark and that they are campaigning hard for BMXers to be banned. Their arguments are that bikes are wrecking the bowl (chipping the concrete coping and dinging the metal coping) and that in such a confined park collisions are going to happen, with the skaters coming off worse.
Just though i'd let you know before you made the trek out to Bondi and were dissapointed when you got there.
The eastern suburbs does have heaps of other cools stuff to hit up though.

Dude, get off at circular quay train station. Look at the harbour bridge so the opera house is on your right. Ride towards the opera house then turn right at the opera house so you are in the botanical gardens. Look across the bay and you should see a huge set of stairs. Thats ladie mac chair and you should see some lazy bums sitting on the hill around a group of bikes.
And yeah, whats the go for tonight? Another skate park with less of a trek would be good.

see y'all there
I'm out, too tired to ride. Motivation levels at all time low, especially as I have a new frame waiting to be ridden but not enough cash to make it rideable.
see y'all soon
