back on topic, are you looking for a complete bike??
or just the frame??
have a look around the trading area and pm a few people, haggle them down a bit if the prices are a bit big for you, but your gonna be getting a better deal here then most places

For your budget, I really dont think that you'll be able to find a decent complete bike. Try upping the budget a bit to around $800 and you'll have a much better chance.
