Does anyone know if (or where) I can an 11 or 12 tooth freewheel. I know ACS do a 14 tooth & I currently have a ACS 16 tooth.

Reason being is I am building a SS jump/street bike & I have real sexy middleburn 22tooth chainwheel & Bash. I want a 11 or 12 tooth freewheel so I can run 2:1 ratio (22:11 or 22:12). 22:16 is a bit ridiculous.

Or do i have to use a non-ss specific hub & use cassette spacers & a 12 tooth cog?

Cheers

My 05 250 came with a super small 11 or 12 freewheel, that probably doesnt help but they definantly exist. Maybe try a specialist BMX shop or something.

Will BMX freewheels fit on 135mm (mtb) hubs? I found a odyssey 13 tooth freewheel which gives a ratio of 1.7:1, whichis a bit small but putupwithable.

The odyssey 13 is the smallest made. It was only just released a littlewhile back. If you want to go any smaller you going to need a cassettehub with a one piece driver.

Looks like I have to go with the odyssey then. Or i could buy a 33tooth chainring & run 33:16. But that involves extra expense. Hmmm decisions, decisions.

Thanks for your help everyone :)

J5ive's right about the freewheel, but if you want to run 12T you won't need a 1 piece driver, you can get standard 12T cassette sprockets. 11 (I think?), 10 and 9T need the seperate drivers though.

Edit: Just to add, the Odyssey 13T are about $45 from memory and seem to be a very solid little unit.
