hey all just wondering if any1 has the plans on how to build a metal kicker cos im making 1 at school.

Why don't you design one yourself and then you won't be restricted by length height and angles, make a wooden mock up, choose the shape you like and then design the real thing from the improvements made to the wood.

also, considering it is probably a design and technology project, designing it yourself is probably a good idea.

why not just make a mini kicker of a fmx ramp, or a mini bike kicker, head over to freestylemtx.com, a forum guy on there could sort you angles and stuff?
