My Doritos have been leaking oil out of the bottem of the compression / rebound leg so Ive come to the conclusion the o-ring at the bottem is shagged, I dont want to wait for god knows how long to wait for one from manitou is there any sort of shop (i.e bolt shop bearing shop etc) where I could find a suitable replacement better still, Does anyone know of one in / neer the blue mountains, I'm sure there would be somewhe in Penrith that would be able to hook me up, Ive got the o-ring out and sure enough its gooooooooooooonnne so I can take that in and get a replacement the same size I jsut need to know where to go :)
Thanks guys

I assume it's just a basic rubber o-ring in some weird size?
If so, go to your local hardware store. They should have them in any size you need. The last o-ring I bought at a hardware store cost me $0.20 which shouldn't really break the bank...
Any Mitre 10/True Value/Bunnings one should be fine.

yeh normally a bike shop should have at least a few but i know that not many do. i get all mine from a bolt/bearing shop. i have been able to get metric and imperial o-rings from there for everythin, the only one i have not been able to get was one for the top of a pair of shivers where the rebound and compression is, i had to get it direct and it was heaps $$$!!! but try ur luck.

Bunnings one should be fine.
Where lowest prices are just the beginning...You'd be better off going to a plumbing shop...bunnings has fuck all in the way of O-rings. I know, I work there. Plus most shit is always out of stock.

Bearing shops usually have a good range but your best bet is ***shock, horror*** a seal shop. Best range and better quality seals generally.
