Grabbed this a couple of weeks ago - well worth checking out even for the veteran racers. It's got tips worth knowing even just for consideration and the mechanical section is a must have for newer riders.

Go the cutties! My lawn is wrecked already.

Definately recommend it, a couple of sections are over with a bit quickly, the fastest racers don't always make the best teachers either, Peaty is funny, he pretty much says do your own thing and don't copy anyone else cause it's not always the fastest way..

Pretty good value for money, the vid is almost 3 hours long!

Would this dvd be useful for XC riding technique, or is it purely DH racing?

It's aimed at DH, but some sections may help a little. Cornering might help, bunnyhopping maybe? But it is DH really.

There is a fair bit that would be good skills generally.

I got it for my bro who does a lot of cross country but he reckons that the way he's attacking switchbacks etc has improved dramatically.

you could always try and find it at a CD shop and make your LBS suffer.

Fine then, make me feel guilty, but if my LBS was any good I wouldn't be asking you..

Dude. Like welcome to Farkin, but no one is going to take you too seriously if you post with that little effort.

i got it from 'Fortheriders.com'. postage was $4. It is worth the money. Quite a few good tips that all make a diffence overall. Heaps of Aussie riding too. Nice one Dirt!
