i am thinking of entering inter schools but it would be my first race and i dont know what the standards are if i did i would be in div 2 would there be any others in a similar situation or is it mainly for the more experianced rider

my first race is this weekend and my second will b inter schools. i dont really know what to expect eather any info would b good

dont worry about it. there are plenty of begginners and punters involved, and qualifying should place you in a section of the group where you shouldnt be caught, or catch the one in front fo you.

yuh my school might be heading down, and itd be helpful to know an entry form closing date, if i did race itd be my first time and itd be for fun cos ive never done it before id be just doing me best and having fun, just do what u can i reckon, more shame in not trying than losing . . .

entries close on the day.

Im happy, Im goin for 4 days without the school. theyll be heading up too, but staying in jindy, AND their trip is costing more...

the inter schools is going to be my first race aswell

worth noting: you WILL be sorted in order of times during qualifying in the morning, so there is little risk of being caught or anything.

half the XC guys compete in the DH anyway, so there really isnt anything to worry about

I heard that thorugh a few people, so I assumed its true
