IH SGS differences

Hi, just been looking at the 03 IH sgs frames, and as far as I can see the pro frame ( with upgraded wc linkage ) is identical to the wc frame. Are they the same?

I'm not certain about the 03 frames, but I do know that there's no difference between models in 04. I'd say that the same is true for 03.
