if so, any idea what their retail price is...?

(i.e. i have some brand new ones & am trying to work out what you think they're actually worth, 'cos i don't really have any idea...)

Not sure how much they worth, Groupe Sportif has never ordered any before. I got some shims for a different stem and they were $20.
