very nice...those bars and stem...:drooooowl:.... :p
Yeah, a new set of forks wouldn't be bad (slider plus maybe), but to tell you the truth, these forks still feel great.

Brad, his chain does not touch the nylon cage at all. There is a groove in it which has been specially cut to make chain loss less of an issue, so whilst it appears to be touching it is in fact not.
In relation to the funn bars on the boxxers, is it cosmetics or functionality? and BTW there have been much uglier bikes displayed on here, I think it looks great IMO. Say something nice

sorry rocket (& rtd) -- i didn't mean to offend.
my comment about the funn bars on the boxxers was in regard to their appearance; their combination is quite garish, esp. in the second pic. but it might just be my monitor. either way, my comment was intended in jest. and overall, i reckon the bike looks great. i guess i should have said so in my first post.
as regards the groove in the chainguide: that's a very interesting idea... and if it works, great! i was just trying to help, 'cos there's a remarkable number of incorrectly set up chain devices out there. and i'm sure you can understand that, judging from the second pic, it certainly looks as if it has been rubbing.
all in all, congrats rtd on a cool ride! (although i reckon a mag 30 on the front would finish it off quite nicely.)
apologies again if i offended anyone.
Thanks guys for all the nice comments thus far. The frame was welded up a few weeks ago, and these pictures were taken a few months ago. I'll get some pics of the gussets up soon!
Also, when the big mammoth shits itself (like the rear one did!), I'll probably go a Mag30 on the front aswell.

Yeah sorry mate I was in rather a shitty mood that night. The groove in the nylon does tend to help out a fair bit as well as running those crazy semi home-made bash rings eh richy??
Yeah, those home made bashi's do wonders. Here are some pics of the gusset:
