Majura today (56k killer!)

here are a few happy snaps from today at majura. there is a movie as well but it will take too long to upload it. i also managed to stack and smack my face/throat on a bit of north shore. only damage though is a swollen (maybe broken) pinkie finger and some scratches. thank god for full face helmets!!!

why is it that whenever im busy good people that can ride are at majura.

last time i was there the place was full of funboys on XC bikes, and some gumbie jap's that tried to follow me off the gully jump then pussied out. haha :rolleyes:

aaaaah, i reckon it is doable with the big bit of log removed and a veeeery slow speed (to land on the slight slope just under the NS bit)

Isn't the NS set in photo 5 in a different spot to that in pic 15, haven't been there for a while but the first lot was lookin pretty rickety, good fun though. Keen to check out some better NS stuff, where is it Donthuck??

if you go in the race gate, turn left along pitt street and go all the way to the girl guide camp (the fence with buildeing on the other side) then head UP the hill till you cross the second fireroad. turn down that singletrack on the right. it is basically just where the bulley track turns up a hill and there are a shitload of logs and stuff. ride over them and you will find it. we should organise to go out some day and we can share spots.

there isnt really any really good NS there, there is some fun stuff at the secret place(not secret anymore), but that is about it really, tuckers are fun to do, needs some more building out there i think.

well it w3asn't really secret in the first place. you could see it from the fire road and also from one of the most popular trails in the forest.. meh.

if by other NS u mean the spot shown in the other pics then ive been there and yes it is way better... or am i missing somthing really big

Been chatting to a few locals on here and i reckon we should find a day this week and see how many of us farkiners we can get out for a session at majura, maybe wednesday, 1ish? who'd be keen?
