Funny thing is that there was no initial swelling whatsoever, so ice wasn't applicable (I think that's what you are saying). I'm actually about to go boil some eggs and have a protien shake now, if it's like this tomorrow, as in I still can't walk, I'll be seeking professional advice....... :( Was having a top day till that happened!

F*cken toes got caught in soft sand after landing back heavy (occasioned by flat landing the double before it) and twisted my left foot anti-clockwise. Was a very innocuous (I think that's the correct word) stack, just happened to twist my stupid knee. I once did the same injury jumping into an exercise years ago, I'm hoping that I've just enflamed the old injury, but I think I may have felt a "pop" when it happened :mad:

You wouldn't believe it, I also picked up an RC (double clicker :D ) yesterday too!

I know when Helga gets back from China she's going to nag me to give the sport away...............

Was an ok weekend, could of had a better turn out to build though.

Saturday was pretty cool too. Not a big turnout, meh. I was test riding a Norco Torrent (Shifty911) and after some pedal slippage butchered my shin. Damn, those new pedals were sharp....
