new rims Mavic 321's or 521's ?

i'm looking at getting new rims for a 222
i was looking at either Mavic 321's (ex729's) or 521's (ex721's)
any opinions which rim is better and why ?

i have heard that the 521's flatspot less and give a rounder tyre profile
than the 321's and they are lighter , but are they as strong as the 321's ?
