Eildon VIC track directions/location

Can anyone help with information of the location of the Eildon XC track or a map? Also is it on private or public land (therefore is it accessible?)

Come in to Eildon across the bridge where the pub is. Follow the road to the left and it turns right. Go straight ahead, thru the roundabout up the hill, follow left and down the hill a bit. On your right is a fire trail. Follow this road and you will come to some gates. This is where to XC trail is. It is public land.
