I am doing a law subject at uni and it is assignment time i am having a bit of trouble i was wondering if any body had any ideas for what i could write about for the essay. This is the assignment below. The case briefs were no problem it is just the stupid essay.
In contract law, the courts try to reconcile the competing interests of litigants, that is, the plaintiffs and the defendants.
A. Choose 3 contract law cases from the list below.
B. Analyse each case individually, basing your analysis on the methodology described in the handout for Tutorial 5. (You should aim to write approximately 200-250 words per case analysis.)
C. Using your analyses of the 3 cases and by undertaking further relevant research, discuss the statement above.
