I was thinking of getting a giant stp1 but it seems kind off heavy, would that be a big disadvantage when riding street manualing and doin 180s and stuff.

maybe it's the standard spes on it. I've got a zero and it's lighter than all my mates mtb's and bmx's. The short chainstays makes it so much easier to manual, wheelie etc. Jump on the band wagon.

Pfffft, heavy, for a street, trails, park bike, it is in no way heavy.
There is potential for it to be lighter though!
I am going from a 17kg .243, to a 15kg stp 0, now thats were a you would feel a big difference.

if ur worried about weight (mine just came like that due to highly fussy taste in parts) you should be riding a roadie scum, theres a few bikes tipping 6kg. or xc.

Hey Naz, what led you to be fussy in selecting those parts to get a 12kg STP?
