S or L frames

all my mates say that Small frames are better for riding easyer to throw around and that. I ride a L kona stinky and they hate it i recon you get used to riding it and yer

I was just wondering but wat about a medium size?? ;)
Truth is though, i don;t think size really matters. It more what you think suits you and your riding style. The reason why i say that is because ive seen guys riding small sized bikes. About 170 cm guys, and then ive seen 12 year olds riding the same size bikes. They both seem to love it and they both ride well on it.
Its really up to personaly preference. I'd say you stick to the size that you want and that it suits you because your the person riding it and not your mates. :cool:

What sort of riding? Small might be fine for parks and DJ, but for higher speeds and longer rides the larger frame is going to be better. For XC riding actually having a bike that fits you properly means that you will be faster all round (up the hills, down the hills and the bits between hills).

Yeah and you get used to what you ride.
