your back would get really sore after a while of riding in the hood.

amusing: fork trail (distance between steerer pivot axis and front wheel contact point)
more amusing: riding through Darling Harbour a while ago,
watching wannabe homies trying to control them,
almost running into bins/pedestrians/each other.
why let a little thing like physics get in the way of a pimpin' ride?

Not sure about lowriders anymore, used to dig them but now they just kind of annoy me, too much going on!
At the mo i'm down with this bike, i reckon it looks sweeeet!!

It's a Felt 'Little Bastard' and i'm not sure of the price or availability.
Just found a picture of it some time ago whilst cruising a few sites, i fell in love straight away!!! :)
Can't remember who the Felt distributor in Oz is either.

My wife bought me a lowrider with similar forks last christmas. The POS doesn't like to turn. If it was only the forks i would change them but the bike also doesn't like to pedal or stop. In total the bike has travelled about 100 metres and probably will not do many more. But then again I don't think these bikes are meant to be used.

That bike is just ugly, its as if it didn't know what it wanted to be and just jammed a whole heap of shit on itself.

very cool, but not as cool as the road bike I saw today. It had used tubes all over it like lizard skins (no gaps) and then put red duct tape in special parts so it looked trick then had a huge long comfy looking saddle, those new candy brothers 50-50 pedals (on a road bike??!!) and everything was just pimping.

Do any of you guys watch 'American Chopper'? The fellas had Lance Armstrong in and they made two bikes for him - one was a real chopper, the other was a pushie chopper made from one of Lance's old roadies. Farkin sweeet bike. Anyone see it?
