Yeah, I know it's motorbikes, but if you don't like watching Chad Reed rip shit up there's something wrong with you.

Click me! (http://sixtyminutes.ninemsn.com.au/sixtyminutes/stories/2005_05_01/story_1365.asp) Because Ninemsn is shit and in league with Microsoft, you'll have to use Internet Explorer to watch the video.

Good to see Reed getting some recognition in Australia for the ass-whoopings he's handed out overseas. He can ride the wheels off a bike.

S. your a fuckin looser he was born in aus and raced all his juniors in aus. who are you to have a go at him?? what have you achieved in your life?? bet you its no where near as much as he has.

he has worked harder than anyone to get where he is now and he deserves all the recognition he is getting!!

go chad keep whoopping the yanks!!.

Just so you know S. Chad spoke like that (kind of) before he went os.

The guy is an absolute inspiration, frankly admitting this year that Ricky was riding better than him then working harder than ever, completely rethinking his bike setup etc, to come back and beat both Ricky and James Stewart straight up.

Good to see he is getting some recognition.

I'm not having a go at him - I'm having a go at sixty minutes saying he's a "True aussie hero" or something along those lines... one who lives in America and speaks like an American. That kind of hyperbole annoys me. I'm not trying to belittle his achievements or him personally at all, just chill.

Paulmc: yeah so do most kids nowadays haha... damn TV.

When you've been living in the US for a few years your bound to pick up the accent. Everyone who follows AMA MX/SX knows he's an Aussie so I guess that's all that matters.

It was good to see him beat Carmichael and Stewart at a few SX rounds this year. Pity he didn't grab the title though. The MX Nationals are about to start and I'm sure he'll be right up the pointy end for outdoors as well.

That was a great interview. Chad Reed is really good for the sport of motocross. He is a really good role model and the best rider who ever sat on a motorcycle.

It's good to see that he is a just a regular guy, not like some of the other moto/DH guys who get big heads when they make it to the big-time. It looks like Chad hasn't forgotten where he came from...

BTW, imagine having all that money and all of those screaming women all directed at you...that's a feeling 99.9% of us will never know! Good for him, he's always the guy I'm yelling for at the Supercross events here in the States...RC's head has gotten a bit too big for my taste...

BTW, thanks for posting this link...
