"Balls out fast off camber corners"

gee who would have guessed your track designers would have put them in :D

What times are (normal) people getting down in? Oh and what do you think the turnaround time will be shuttling via the range??

Looking forward to riding it this weekend! I'll make sure I take the camera!

to my knowledge those tracks have been forgoten about and neglected. Its all about the ones over jubilee now, the new track and also rain-rut(near rifle range) has been all fixed up and is loads of fun now

By the time the first 30-50 riders that ride the track those berms are'nt going to be berms any more they will be more like slide outs, the reason i say this is because a couple of sticks with a bit of sand thrown on top is'nt going to last long, anyway apart from that the track looks pretty sweet

you'd be surprised how well its been holding up, quide a few riders have punched it through there since its been built and its pretty good. albeit your right in that during the actual race when there are hundreds of runs being done on it over a weekend it probably will get bretty blown out, but thats half the fun of it, its not bmx you know!

Can't wait for the race. Who cares if the track gets worn out, happens with every track when hundreds of people ride it in one day.

Those "berms" actually arn't supposed to be there. Not quite sure who built them. There are actually no man made berms on the whole track (aside from the ones that arn't supposed to be there).

Yeah wel who cares if the track gets ripped up, at least you get a decent idea what line to pick... Wait that didn't make much sense.

Ah well, if elites can ride fast on a rooted track then we've got a decent chance.

The Berms (all 2 of them) I think were built by some Bris guys, you take the inside line at the top anyway.
I don't mind them being there, gotta keep those berm crazy boys happy.
The rest are just naturally made anyway, so I don't see them blowing out.
See you all there.

I loved Sunday, the track was great fun. Everybody had a good time I think, by the looks of it, it was just big kids playing in mud!

Sunday was soo much fun, two wheel drifting is whats cool, Heading up to toowoomba again this weekend and get some solid dry shuttles in.

Good that whoever payed for the race that was called off gets "free" entree to the next one on the 14th of augast.

Toowoomba owns!

For the race in August we may have to charge $5-10 for the riders that had turned up to the race on the weekend.

This is because we may not be able to afford it. We have to run 2 races now on the budget of one.

Anyway we are having a meeting this week to work out all the logistics of the next race. Stay tunned.

Thoroughly enjoyed your track guys, it is a great base to getting your club firmly established.

Lets hope that the residents at the top & bottom can live with the activity that comes from these events.
I ask all those who visit this excellent place to respect it, for your own sakes.

Saturday was prime and I managed to get in 5 great runs, with my 1st run on Sunday aslo surprising me how much grip there was with the drizzle. As we all know the rain came down and slip, slop, mud was the game.

I've just stripped my bike to finally remove all that nasty dirt and water.
Here's a photo of it after wiped most of the mud off to get it in the car.

I'll be there for the re-run.
Cheers
