Here are the pro results from a local California State Series race here in the States. Not too sure why Jared Rando wasn't racing the WC race, but he cleaned up the NORBA race...

He may be doing North American WC's and Norba's ... Giant might be looking for more US exposure ?

Was that a Norba race or just a US State race ?

There is often More money to be won at one of those Local races then an actual Norba haha, infact you can win more money at a Qld Sunshine series DH then at a Norba.

It was the California State championship race, which was sanctioned by NORBA. While it was a big race, it wasn't anywhere near the size of a NORBA national...

Nevertheless, it was cool to see Jared and other pros out there this weekend riding. John Kirkalde was there, but he did not race...

In addition, there was some small prize money. The Semi-pro winner received $40 for a first place finish...that's $40 more than a NORBA national.

Thats a good result for the young fella. Few more of them will count for exposure for sure. The amount of prize money is crap! He could do manuals as a busker and get more than that. It isn't about the money at home but overseas it would really count i guess.
