what drugs are you on?
the 04 boxxers have 7" travel. the 05 ones have 8 (or 5-7 in the case of the ride)

The Mojo cartridge has more travel than the fork. You have to compress it a bit to install it. I think 9.5" is about right for the '04 cartridge.

Toodles is right. I was a little reluctant to agree with him(a little while back when this came up in another thread), as I have a Mojo kit in my 03 Boxxer, but the cartridge has more travel than just the 7 inches. It's probably about right.
I haven't seen them yet but apparently they had to change the bottom end of the cartridge where it bolts into the new style lowers. I think they run different springs as well which give 8 inches travel. And correct the cartridges do put out about 9 inches stroke so it was just a matter of making them fit the new lowers.
I'll throw some pics up when they get here.
Oh and just for the record.....I have now got '05 Races on the front of my new DHR and they feel terrible after running the '04 Mojo'd ones on my last bike!

is there going to be a shiver kit?
i might be looking at rebuilding an 03 shiver with a mojo if all goes well, and i was wondering if the shiver kit is still available...

There always has been the Shiver kit, but I believe it has to go to Mojo(UK) to be fitted, and I don't believe DHD is selling(fitting) this kit.
Actually I don't think they are doing the Shivers any more.....
But yes I'll install the Boxxer kit for you if you need be for the princely sum of $40. You pay postage!
It is really easy to install the kit though and it comes with an easy to follow instruction sheet that anyone half competant with the tools can do.

My mate emailed them a while ago and they will still make one for you but you would have to be sloted into production, so they basically said yes, if you didn't mind waiting.
Mojo Kits have finally arrived (thanks UPS!) and there's no big surprises in there! Basically the kit is the same except it has a spacer and longer spring......and they do feel nice!
