Yay, after it seeming like ages before it was built, I've got my new stp (13.5). Its completely stock apart from no reflectors, stickers, and some mud ;) (don't worry, I wasn't riding jumps in the wet) but I'm stoked. Thanks to the folks who answered my annoying questions. Going to change the bars, stem, and get rid of the granny ring soon.

Can anyone recommend some good yet cheap riser bars?

wow! 1st post on your rig ;)

the main part of the "post your ride" is having a picture, only post a add if you have the pics to go with it!

any way, get a pair of tenatious d bars!, these bars are crazy, (and bender uses them!)

Oh, sorry, didn't realise I should have a photo. I'll add one when I learn how to use a computer properly!

hey welcome to farkin mate

you'll be stoked by the way in which the STP handles itself! if your looking for some good riser bars you've got heaps to choose from:

ANswer Proapers (bit $$ but definately worth the money)
Easton EA50
Truvativ hussefelt riser
Titec El Norte

most good bars start at about the 80 dollar mark and go up from there.. its all personal preference really so go out and try some bars out and see how you like them..

good luck and make sure you post some pics up soon! ;)
