I just realized that I posted the first picture on accident. I have posted that pic before; I was trying to post another picture...oh well. Nevertheless, the first one is a 10 foot drop, which has a lip built on the rock as a take off, and it is a 24 foot gap.
The second picture doesn't do this drop justice. It is a really, really steep landing, and it's really just the beginning of one of the craziest sections you'll ever see. At the bottom of that chute, there is another drop into really steep tranny, and then another rocky steep chute that is full of nasty rocks and is pretty close to being vertical...it's scary! To be honest, if you do that section 10 times, you'll be lucky to clean it 5 times...
As you can tell I'm going in nose heavy, and you can believe that I'm going to get right on the brakes the second I land. If you hit the following drop with too much speed, you will impale yourself on a rock. Even with slow speed that drop is still pretty big. I'm 6' 1" and the rock is a few inches bigger than me...

I will have some more, but I'm in the process of reformatting some of the pictures so they will fit. Here is a picture of a rock step-up that was in Mountain Bike Action a few months ago. Basically, it's like a 12 foot gap and you backside that rock that's in the middle of the picutre. Northing too big, but really fun, becuase once you backside the rock, you enter three g-outs and then you have a 5 foot drop (which is the second picture). The angle makes it look really small, but it's about 5 or 6 feet. In addition, there is one more picture of a 9 foot drop...

Here's a couple of pictures I may have posted before; not too sure. Nonetheless, none of our newest pictures will fit, they are too big. I'm in the process of cropping the pictures, but I don't want to take the integrity of the pictures away...
Here's one more for ya...

nice pics and nice riding :D
whats the second pic of?
The second pic is a road gap at one of our local spots. Basically, the lip is in the right of the pic and the landing is in the left (about 3 feet from the rocks you see). It's a big gap, that is really tricky...
