Need to find someone to ride with!

Hey, as you can probably tell from the heading i'm new to the downhill thing and need to find someone to ride with as most of my friends are a bunch as fearfull freaks or someting like that and never wanna try anything other then slowly rolling down the hill!

what sort of experience do you have in downhilling? what bike do you ride? and what suburb are you living in?

umm in the way of downhill experiance i have about all of 5hrs... and the bike i have is an oldish mongoose pro 9.5

and yeh i have a car and i ride sometimes in the arvo when i finish work early and then mostly on the weekends i can plan easiest!

and i also live in wanniassa.

Hey dude, i'm over in calwell and like to hack around Tuggers pines most weekends and some weekday arvos. I'm off the bike at the mo with a busted arm, back in a month or so, will give you a yell then.

are you going to come to the majura race?

if not, why?

if you don't want to don't race, but it's a good opertunity to see other skilled riders ride, and you can learn a lot from that. plus, there are tones of riders in one place, so the chances of you meeting someone to ride with a bit is a pretty good one!

that would be cool... tuggers pines is where i been riding heaps lately... its pretty sweet up there...

demo man... i will race for sure as long as i getr my brakes fixed by then calliper just come lose? and i dumped hydrolic fluid every where so new pads for me! and i dont know how to do them so i got to pay for a shop!!! oh well all fun things cost money i guess!

the only reason that i wont race is that my bike is not fixed.

My brother is coming down from sydney for the majura race too!
