rear shock for ironhorse

For a bike like that,

you certainly would want to try to find a Stable platform based shock,

suggest trying to hook yourself up with a second hand Manitou 4 way or a 5th element.. At the very least a Propedal Vanilla R or Vanilla RC.

My kumicho doesn't pedal very well at all, and it has SPV (CVT),
this being said your version has a higher forward pivot point from memory
so it may not pedal so bad.
