Wow its like looking at farkin, only smaller and much uglier and with a lot less members. You couldve at least tried to make some new or unique forums instead of copying the same format as farkin and then trying to jazz up the name with buzz words like "extreme" and "awesome"...

Wow!

So in addition to Farkin's own forum area for different States (including SA and Vic) http://forums.farkin.net/forumdisplay.php?f=30

And the downhill clubs (InsideLine) own forum:

The 9th of August will see the 120 page report made public that an independant consultant has been preparing for council. This report specifically focusses on addressing legal access to MTB trails in the Mitcham area. (Randos, Brownhill, Andos, Windy, Sheps, Panaroma etc. etc.).

The major beef with building at Windies was that a rare local tree was damaged in the North Shore Construction down there. This pissed off "Trees for Life" and was very bad public relations for MTBers with idiots in the local community labelling us Hooligans.

Do you know what this endangered tree looks like? I don't. If you are going to build stuff, make sure your not damaging any trees as until we know what it looks like you could really do damage to the whole process of getting legal trails for us. (Sure, you can decimate the Olive trees down there though, but if it looks natural, leave it the hell alone).

If you can't tell the difference between an Olive tree and a natural tree, go work on the city jumps. They need some work and everyone will thank you, not be pissed at you.
