I want to go to Manly for the first time but don't want to ride alone. Does anyone fancy showing me around the trails etc and having a day going nuts! Got a weekend off so I can go either Sat or Sun. Need to get to know the place!

Nice one.Sat sounds good.I've never been , have you riden there much? What is is like ? Am i right in thinking it links to another area. As i haven't been there and fancy a decent look around. I'll be driving over from Coogee so earlier the better for me , i don't mind making a day of it , ( probably need it as i'm not super fit! ). Good if we could get a few more along! I'll be in touch throughout the week.

We should hook up the Saturday and get all the Sydney guys up there for the day!!!! Bring the cameras and rip through Oxford and Redhill...

Should be no probs, might hit the step down depending on how i feel. My bikes gettin fair fucked right now tho. If u want aswell depending on how confident u r on big jumps ill take u up to elannora.

I'd prefer to go for a decent day out there. I'm happy to start early as . If i ask my boss nicely he may lend me a HiAce Van so if there is anyone hasl transport problems that lives Eastern Suburbs that wants a lift and somewhere to throw their bike no probs. I'll be there Sat for sure , never been and looking forward to it

Hmm... I may take you up on that, assuming I get my bike re-built by then. I'm aiming to get it together by wednesday... new dorado sc forks... i can barely contain my excitement.

Guys count me in! My shoulder is still in bits but nothing a few pain killers can't fix. I'm in Coogee and looking at it i think it will take me about an hour to get there. I'll aim for 8ish .Where exactly do we meet i.e road name etc. The offer of a lift and a place to throw your bike is on if you are on my way there .Can fit 2 more. Looking forward and this is my first time at the place. Well up for it !

I'm a ring in to this I think 8)
So i don't want to rain on anyones parade.
Heres some directions for you . I'll be around 8:45 - 9 and riding a Kona Bear or driving an grey Mazda 323
Most riders going to oxford falls meet about 1km down Morgan Rd off Forest way Belrose. UBD 156 K8, The place to meet on Morgan rd is after a racey 90 degree right hander at the bottom of the hill and then a slight rise and you'll no doubt see cars there. Look for a steel sign with "wrcs" on it.
If you see the infamous Lizard rock on your right go back two hundred meters

How happy am i on missing out! My vans rooted and have had to call out the NMRA out twice. Fixed okay now but it's 3 pm and i should be ripping it up ! I'm not a happy chap so i'm going tomorrow regardless , sure i can find my way around somehow. Anyway if anyone wants to come along please let me know

Looks like it was day for break downs.
I did like one run and a few dead ends. One over the handlebars where it shoulda been nads (smooth)
Get to the bottom and by hangers bent . Thanks Stan at BA for quick repair!
oh and I got a flat in that run too! Grrrr

Not only did i spend all day Sat messing around with my van , determined to go to Oxford Falls i set off again hoping i'd hook up a ride today. Got as far as randwick and the van shit itself AGAIN ! My w'end spent farkin about with the van and no riding done. Well pissed off as i'm working next w'end and have to wait til the next Sunday. Oxford Falls for sure , even if i have to ride there from Coogee!
