Yet again, Immortal are there, and the summary of their pic is the best of the lot IMO. But, #1 deserves the prize, for as stated, the ability to rock out with your cock out.

Am glad Finland got a mention! This country is like metal obsessed, where else would the likes of Iron Maiden, Twisted Sister, Motorhead and Black Sabbath still feature in latest album releases?! (I know they aren't really black metal but i just had to give an example)
There is even a whole heap of music festivals devoted entirely just to metal!
One went for 2 or 3 days!!! :eek:

Man, Horgh is just flat out tubby; there’s no two ways about it. That gut-guard is about to burst, and when it does, watch out for a lethal barrage of flying metal studs. You can’t see it in the picture, but his right armband has HORGH written on it, which fucking rules! And what on earth is Abbath doing? What kind of pose is that? It looks like he’s about to be hit by a bus and Horgh, unable to rescue him, is on the sidewalk screaming, “Nooooooooo….” Maybe he thinks he's in some black metal version of The Matrix -- Bullet Time Abbath. One of our Ruthless brethren put it best when he said, “If a man has grown tired of Horgh’s nipples, he has grown tired of life.” The best part is that Immortal isn't even a band anymore. This is so funny. I love old school black metal but in the late 1990s all these try-hards and once-were-greats got progressively worse musically and in appearance. Great bands like Emperor actually matured well, others like Cradle of Filth and Dimmu Borgir just got foul. A few years ago I saw Cradle at the Coogee Bay Hotel and hung out with the band members - Nick the drummer and one of gutarists.
