thats not a skate bike, i once had a certified skate bike. Its like a bike frame with a metal base and metal handle bars, with skateboard trucks welded to the metal frame. Really sketchy an like a skateboard didnt have breaks but if u wanted 2 u cood tip the whole thing back and there was a little bit of rubber hanging off the back so when u leant back the bulk of the skatebike woodnt spark.
