why cant i download from eenoegoedidee

can anyone give me a reason why i can never download from this site i have done everything corectly ,filled in everything properly and i followed the guide on here but still every time i type my password in it keeps asking me for it then after 3 times it doesnt accept it :confused:
so assuming i have done everything correctly why does it not accept my password?

did u do the confirmation email bit? and did you make sure to put your email in (the whole thing, including the @whatever.com bit)?

are you sure you are using the right password?

and i beleive that your user name is your e-mail, not the user name that you give to them.

all i can think of.


oh and check if Caps lock is on.

Yea as Demo said. You have to use your hotmail or email adress as you user name. not the nickname thingo you put in. I couldn;t figure it out for a while.
