My mate owns one and he is like over 6 foot tall, his is a small frame personally i dont think that you would need anything bigger than that but it is persoanl prefrence plus if you are gonna be jumping it the agility of a smaller frame is always good. The only thing that i would sujjest with your build kit was to have your rear hub converted to a bolt up axle if it isint already otherwise you will have problems with your wheels slipping. Otherwise i reckon it would make a good kit.
ive also posted a pic of his

sorry i missed that while i was posting are those norco 150mm rear end hard tails? Whoa i didnt know that they existed

;) Morphine is def. 135mm rear and horizontal/slotted drop-out.
Would rec. a 10mm hub of some sought, that isn't Q/R.
When you get the frame you should get a 10mm shimano comp. nutted axle (for replacement in shimano hub it`s not a bad opt./cheap), and you should also get a spare hanger also, and the fantastic 10 yr wty form which is the clincher in any Banshee purchase!!
As for size, go the 14"er, the 16 is for bigger bloke's ie. over 6 ft.
The red is super gloss, look`s hot, the Black is ghetto matte!

They most certainly do come with a twin bolt decent looking seat post and q/r clamp. Also 1 thing to note is that they are an ISCG frame, and if your guide isn`t ISCG friendly, you`ll need to make a bit of a mod.
BUT, do yourself a favour and go the 14 incher!!!! :)

Compare Toptube to start with, BUT that sought of riding you desire will lend you to get the 14" frame.
You will enjoy the compact frame for that style of riding!!!

I ran a qr hub on mine without any dramas, but bolt up is deffinatly the way to go if you've got the option.
