make sure you get the compression and rebound set up right when you get them.
the VF's are so cheap cos they ditch external rebound and compression adjustment

yeah not having the external adjustments would be a pian. i can get the RC's for an extra $180 so would it be worth it.

the Vf's actually run SSV cartridges rather then the HSCV ones

mate, i own the 66r which came on the 05 torrent and i have to say besides my old boxxers that i had these are awesome and im so glad i got them.

these forks are so light and easy to manouver i was quite suprised and the whole 7" on a single crown is awesome :p
and they are awesome for dh i raced on them 2 months ago and they absorbed everything so well

Definitly....
Better cartridges and adjustable. I went from SSV valved 03 Junior's to 888R's with HSCV. Massive difference. HSCV is far suprior to SSV. Better performanc and easier to tune
