what do u mean by compition djs

the one at whistler where the latest bmx cop was looks like a 10 foot kicker whit a 12 foot gap

most compitition jumps are like 7 foor kickers and like 10-15 foot gap

Somehow I dont think there is a set size for competition dirt jumps. Usualy they would be of a decent size though, you cant have a good comp on little 5 foot gaps.

those gaps were so much bigger then 12 foot. they were more like 10meters...well the bigs ones..

WRONG....
From all the planet x games the riders determine the size and usually build them! There is also a crew there who actually build, but riders allways choose the size and finish of things like lips!!

theres competion dirt jumps at bell bird and the gaps are like 28 ft and fink said there the best comp jumps he ridin at the last comp the had there

thanks for all that guys, just when i build mine i want them to be good so when i go to a comp, if the ever is one ill be set on the jumps there got.

I'd be pretty sad if there was a 'standard' for dirt jump size and shape etc-the consensus on another thread was that; a good dirt jumper is someone who can ride anything and ride it with style.
One of the best things about MTB is that it isn't ..the CWA strawberry sponge cake competition.
